Our policy at Leadingmanand woman.com is to respect and protect the privacy of our users .  All personal information gathered on this site is kept strictly private and confidential.  Your personal information is used only for serving your order and fulfilling your buying experience.  These guidelines have been implemented to keep your personal information private.

Payment Options

We accept Visa and Mastercard only.  All credit card charges will appear as leadingmanandwoman.com.  Credit cards are charged upon order placement.  If we are unable to do our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card. 

Online Order

For your privacy and security, we use a secure server.  Online payment using Visa or Mastercard can be made in the following ways:

1.  If you are checking out, you will be taken to a secure page and section of this site;
2.  You will need to fill our information as follows:

- Your name (as it reads on your credit card)
- Your billing address (to verify authorization)
- Your telephone number (during business hours in the event we need to contact  you about your order)
- Your email (where you can received order confirmations and tracking info)
- Your credit card type, number, and expiration date.

Taxes for California Residents

All orders from California residents are subject to tax as per notice from California State Board of Equalization.

Tax exemptions are waived if you are a wholesaler with a Reseller's Permit.  A Reseller's Permit is required to be submitted to us prior to ordering for approval by email at info@leadingmanandwoman.com; or by fax at (323) 651-1550.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days from the date the customer received the item(s). We will refund the amount of item(s) excluding shipping and handling charges.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their orders.  We allow exchanges with the following conditions:

1.  Item(s) must be returned for exchange withing thirty (30) days from the date of shipment;
2.  Eligible product(s) must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, uncut, unstyled, unworn, undamaged, and with tags
attached) and in original packaging;
3.  If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags & packaging tampered with, products will NOT be accepted for return nor exchange;
4.  Custom Wigs, Clearance, Discontinued and Special Orders are NOT eligible for exchange;
5.  Shipping and handling fees for returns are the responsiblity of the customer.

Backorders                                                                                                           

If your order is not available, it will be placed on backorder on a priority waitlist.  We will promptly ship your order as soon as it is available.  We will inform and update you by email or by phone with the estimated arrival date.  If the backordered item(s) are not received within a reasonable period of time, please contact us at 1-800-327-7100 or at (323) 651-1900, or email us on info@leadingmanandwoman.com.       

Shipping Information

For the protection of our cardholders, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a different shipping address cannot be verified.

We offer several shipping options, details below:

1. Free National Ground Shipping on hairpiece order
2. Ground shipping charge by weight and location for all non-hairpiece orders
3.  UPS 2nd Day - takes two (2) business days: $25.00
4.  UPS Next Day - takes one (1) business day:  $55.00
5.  Hawaii - US Postal Priority Mail - takes 5 to 14 business days: $25.00
6.  Canada-US Postal Priority Mail - takes 5 to 14 business days: $29.00

Shipping and handling charges stated above are based on a one (1)-pound weight of the package.  Prices vary if the package is more than one (1)-pound.

International shipping charges vary by weight and location. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within twelve (12) hours of order placement.  Orders cannot be changed in any way after this 12-hour period.  Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Postal Service or UPS).

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified.  Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.  Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction.  We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Shippping Delays

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.  Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping time.

FRAUDULENT USE OF CREDIT CARD AND THEFT OF OUR MERCHANDISE WILL BE PERSECUTED.
