WASH & CARE INSTRUCTION
Please follow these directions for the wash and care of your hair system to help maintain original quality.
1. Wash in cold water with gentle shampoo.
2. Rinse thoroughly in cold water to remove all shampoo.
3. Repeat the process with a little fibre conditioner instead of shampoo and rinse thoroughly in cold water.
4. Pat gently with towel to remove excess water.
5. Use nylon brush to gently set hair in place.
6. Please note that hair should be brushed in same direction as it has been placed in hair system. Most hair is placed in from left to right. Brush in this direction unless you are sure it has been placed to be worn differently.
REVERSING DIRECTIONS COULD CAUSE HAIR TO FALL OUT
7. Place net over hair to hold setting and let dry naturally.
- DO NOT WASH HAIR SYSTEM WHILE ON HEAD
- DO NOT CUT BASE WITH STRAIGHT SHEARS
- DO NOT EXPOSE TO EXTREME HEAT
- DO NOT COMB WHEN WET
Q: How long does a hair system last?
A: It depends on how strong the base is and how good you take care of your hair. You should refrain from brushing the hair when wet; just shake it and wait until its dry, then you can brush it. Also, by using our Leading Man and Woman shampoo, conditioner and hair spray regularly you can prolong the life of your hairpiece.
Q: Why does the color fade?
A: If it is human hair and you are always under the sun, it will gradually fade. Although, with professional guidance, you can color a Human Hair System.
Q: Why does the hair system becomes brittle?
A: It may become brittle if it's continuously exposed to direct heat. Also, avoid applying strong gel, spray or mouse.
Q: My Hair System is synthetic, is it okay to use a regular conditioner?
A: It would be best to use a Fiber Oil Conditioner which is especially made for fiber/synthetic hair. We currently on stock fiber oil conditioner and shampoo.
Q: Can I straighten a Fiber Blended hair system?
A: No, you will most likely burn the hair if you use a hair dryer or a straightening iron. We suggest using a steamer or a steam gun. We currently on stock steam guns for straightening sysnthetic hair.
Q: What is the right measurement for a Custom Hair System? Does it needs to be over the bald area or just around the bald area?
A: You measure it from front to back and side-to-side of the bald area; or you make a template or your bald area. You may ask for an instruction from our customer service.
Q: Do you have a Hair System that is very light in density and looks natural?
A: Yes, we do have. Our New Micro Lace Style No. 9222 and Feather 1000 looks natural, very light and very cool on the head because the base is made of super-fine lace.
Q: It shows in your Catalog that Style No. 9222 is curly. How long will the curls last?
A: Style No. 9222 is not curly. It is human hair, and by brushing the hair it will eventually straighten because this Hair System has NOT been permed.
Q: Is the Hi-Tech Style No. 9250 curly?
A: No. This style is wavy. Since this style is a fiber blend, the waviness will last longer.
Q: What is the best adhesive tape for the Hair System?
A: It depends on what you are looking for. We have for normal use. Our adhesive tapes and glue are all good. For normal use we have: #384, #388, #389 & #150; we also have strong/super grip tapes and glue such as: #301, #302, #379, #400 & #154. We recommend using a base protector tape for the Hair System New Micro Lace Style No. 9222. You may contact us for further advice.
Q: Can the glue be used on the Fabian Full Wig Style No. 9350?
A: Yes, only on the front and side area where there's polyskin. The back side also has an adjustable elastic for an adjustable fit.
Q: Will the Fabian Full Wig fit me?
A: It depends on the size of your head. The size of this hair system is 14" front-to-back; 13" ear-to-ear.
Q: In using the ultra hold glue, is it safe to put directly on the skin?
A: Yes, it is safe. We suggest using an adhesive remover to easily remove it from the skin. We currently stock Leadingman Adhesive Remover which is NOT harmful to the skin.
Q: When cutting the hair system, does it need to be wet?
A: Yes, but not so much. Avoid wetting the roots to prevent hair loss. We recommend that you have your Hair System ONLY cut by a professional.
Q: Will the Human Hair Color Ring change in color over time?
A: Yes. If you had it for a long time, it could possibly change color. But if you keep it away from the light, it should last longer.
Q: If I order a Human Hair System in grey, will it have 100% human hair?
A: No. If the grey percentage is more than 20%, then it is a mixture of human and fiber hair.
Q: If I ask for a 100% human hair, can you make it a 100% human without any mixture of fiber/synthetic?
A: Yes, as long as it is without grey hair. if the grey hair is more than 20%, it will be a mixture of human and synthetic hair.
Q: Can I specify if I want a parting or no parting?
A: Yes. For custom-made orders, you can specify if you want a left or right-parting or no parting at all. From our ready-made stocks, most of them can be styled in multi-directions except for Styles: Ultra-Thin #9472, Adam #9500, Adam #9600 & Imperial #9333.

Q: What kind of styles can I choose from for a custom-made Hair System?
A: For custom-made, you can pick any style from our website. You can also send us your old hair system as a sample for us to copy.
Q: Do you make custom-made Hair System for women?
A: Yes, we do make custom-made Hair Systems for both men and women.
Q: Can I return my custom-made Hair System?
A: No. Custom-made orders are subject to final sale - NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. If you want it to be repaired, you may send it to us for a nominal fee. There will be no charge for repair if it was our mistake.
